Features

  • Loan Amount: You can borrow up to ₹15 Lakhs for instant cash loans.

  • Repayment Tenure: Flexible EMIs ranging from 3 months to 84 months (though many standard consumer cash loans are structured between 3 to 15 months).

  • Interest Rates: The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) generally ranges from 18% to 70% per annum. (For example, an 18% p.a. reducing rate translates to about 1.5% interest per month).

  • Processing Fees: Typically around 2.5% of the loan amount, plus applicable GST.

  • Turnaround Time: The process is 100% paperless and digital. Because the app uses alternative data (like your UPI transaction history, SMS, and device data) for underwriting, approvals are generally instant and disbursals happen very quickly.

Eligibility

To qualify for a personal cash loan on the BharatPe app, you generally need to meet these basic requirements:

  • Age: Must be 18 years or older.

  • Credit Profile: A decent CIBIL score is required. The app evaluates your creditworthiness heavily based on your digital footprint, device data, and transaction history.

  • App Usage: Having an active history of transactions (UPI payments, bill payments) on the BharatPe app can significantly improve your chances of getting a pre-approved loan offer.

Note: BharatPe is also famous for its Merchant Loans (BharatPe Easy Loans). If you are a shop owner or merchant using the BharatPe QR code for your business, you can get collateral-free business loans up to ₹10 Lakhs based on your daily QR transaction volume, which you repay via Easy Daily Installments (EDIs).

Documents Required

BharatPe offers a “document-free” loan experience, meaning you do not have to upload physical paperwork. You just need:

  1. Identity & Address Proof: Your PAN Card and Aadhaar Card (for digital e-KYC).

  2. Device Permissions: The app requires you to grant permissions for Location, Device Information, and SMS. They use this data to evaluate your financial behavior and underwrite the loan.

  3. Bank Details: A valid bank account to receive the funds and set up auto-debit (NACH) for your EMIs.
